ABOUT ME
Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Hello! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe in a strength- based approach to personal healing and growth. As a therapist, I respect the opportunity to work with individuals and families by providing a safe place to share, learn, and heal. Life is filled with challenges and joys, and sometimes we need time and support to process these thoughts and emotions. Therapy is an excellent opportunity to explore challenges and transitions. I would be honored to be your guide on this journey.
With over ten years of experience providing support to individuals and couples working to address changing roles, losses, and challenges, I foster an environment of empathy and support. My practice is strength-based, so I always work with clients to identify strengths and supports. These are our building blocks for growth and wellness. While I do utilize different therapy modalities, and often give clients assignments geared toward their goals, my practice is client centered: we work on the challenges you identify.
Challenges can be lifelong, such as anxiety and depression. Challenges can also be situational, such as with stress management, grief and loss experiences, or life transitions including caregiving or divorce.
I utilize an integrated approach including but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Radical Acceptance, and Psychotherapy. I seek to empower individuals and families with the knowledge and tools they need to promote psychological flexibility and wellness.
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. Your insight and willingness to seek support is the first step toward healing and growth. I wish you the best on your journey!
